The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Haywood Regional Health & Fitness Center is designed to help participants do what others take for granted — breathe freely.

The program focuses on education and physically reconditioning those who suffer with breathing disorders. Any physician may refer a patient to the Pulmonary Program.

Our team of experienced pulmonary rehabilitation specialists works individually with each patient.

Through respiratory treatments, therapy, special exercises, proper nutrition, and breathing retraining, patients with chronic lung disease can dramatically improve their breathing ability and quality of life.
