The Diabetes Education Center at HRMC focuses on helping people avoid many of the consequences of diabetes through a program of diet, exercise and education.

The Center offers:

• Comprehensive diabetes education
• Nutritional counseling
• Blood sugar screening
• Lifestyle management

Specially trained and certified nurses, registered dietitians, counselors, and exercise specialists working with the Center offer support and assistance for managing diabetes.
