At Haywood Regional Medical Center, we believe that everyone can benefit from a wellness and fitness program. Our 54,000-square-foot Health & Fitness Center can benefit people of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of health, from children to senior citizens, from athletes to people with arthritis. All can enjoy wonderful benefits from involvement in a continuing program focusing on maintaining or restoring wellness and fitness.

Haywood Regional Health & Fitness Center has received national recognition for winning the Medical Fitness Association 2004 Distinguished Achievment Award for Medical Fitness Facilities larger than 50,000-square-feet.
