Home Care Services Home Care Services is a provider of American Medical Alert Corporation's (AMAC) Voice Care System. Voice Care is an advanced two-way voice personal emergency response system designed to allow you to live independently at home. Should you need a helping hand from a neighbor, a visit from your nurse, or emergency assistance in a life threatening situation, Voice Care is always there - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Discharge from the hospital should not have to be an anxious time. Health Resource Services (HRS) provides assistance to patients for a smooth transition from hospital to home. The HRS team of RNs offers help to patients and families in coordinating and obtaining hospital and community services, insurance certification, in-depth disease specific healthcare instructions, and patient advocacy.
