HRMC’s Mountain SpineCare program provides a comprehensive approach to spine care. The team is led by spine surgeon, William Miller, M.D. a fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeon and Jeffrey Albea, M.D. a neurosurgeon. We are the only medical center in the area offering the team approach of a neurosurgery-spine specialist and an orthopedic-spine specialist.

Mountain SpineCare professionals coordinate services with other physicians, including primary care, internal medicine, radiologists, urologists, and all necessary medical specialties. Since more than 90% of spine problems can be addressed without surgical intervention, Mountain SpineCare takes a very conservative approach — surgery as the last alternative of treatment. Our goal is to provide you with the finest quality in medical spine care and help you return to an active lifestyle as quickly as possible.
