Wellness Services are offered to assist members, HRMC employees and the community in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through screenings, educational programs and individual counseling. the staff consists of nurses, health educators and assistants.

Hours are typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
