The goal of the Fitness Center is to promote healthy lifestyles through various types of activity so participants may enjoy the benefits of cardiovascular and strength conditioning through safe and effective programs for all levels and ages of fitness.

Full Court Pick-Up:
Teams of 5 full court basketball, first team to score 15 baskets. Winners have the option to stay on the court.

Gymnastics:
Ages 6-16 can learn the fine art of gymnastics including tumbling, balance beam, vaulting, and bars. Levels are mixed, unless otherwise specified by the instructor. (Member/nonmember monthly fees. Register at the front desk.)

Kidz Korner:
Designed for both parent and child 0-3 years of age to work, play and interact together and also with others. Members, if your child is under 4years of age you can sign them as a member for FREE. Paperwork required! Non-family member or nonmember fee $20.00; +$2.00/additional child. Register at the front desk.

Kidzercise:
Age appropriate activities of all kinds make this class a fun way to get kids 4-7 years of age moving. Non-family member or nonmember fee $20.00; +$2.00/additional child. Register at the front desk.

Mommy & Me:
Parents enjoy a time of bonding with your baby while participating in various exercises that will assist you in getting back into shape. Members, if your child is under 4years of age you can sign them as a member for FREE. Paperwork required! Nonfamily member or nonmember fee $20.00; +$2.00/additional child. Register at the front desk.

Open Climb:
The Gymnasium will be unsupervised during this time. Parents please stay close to your children and keep safety in mind.

Open Gym:
Available any time there is not a specific program scheduled. Ages 14 and up, may utilize the Gym for recreation purposes (e.g.: practicing free throws, ½ court basketball, volleyball...)

Volleyball:
The Volleyball net will be set-up for both youth and adult pick-up games.

Work Hardening:
This is a physician referred Physical Therapy Program. Please inquire in that department or call 452-8070.


At times the curtain will be lowered so two programs can be held simultaneously, or, a program on one side and informal recreation on the other side.
This will be designated as Gym 1 or Gym 2.
