Services

The goal of the Adult Fitness program is to promote healthy
lifestyles through various types of activities so that participants may
enjoy the benefits of cardiovascular and strength training through safe
and effective programs for all levels of fitness.
One of the major reasons people join a Fitness Center is to get into
better shape. The Fitness staff is here to assist you with your goals.
The staff, dressed in black shirts and khaki pants, consists of
Exercise Specialists, Physiologists, and Certified Personal Trainers.
If you spot one of them with a red shirt on, they are Personal
training and not assisting on the floor at that time. Our staff
follows the guidelines set forth by the American College of Sports
Medicine (ACSM) when designing basic exercise programs.
