Swim Lessons:
Our aquatic staff at Haywood Regional Health & Fitness is certified through the American Red Cross chapter of Haywood County. We offer a wide variety of swim classes for all ages and skill levels. American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course:
This course offers the new standards for lifeguards in America. This course also includes CPR and first aid training (seasonal course).

Private swim lessons:
Is your child not getting the results you need from a group setting? You may want to sign your child up for private lessons. Call the aquatics department at 452-8056 or 452-8054 for more information about getting your child in private lessons.

Adult swim lessons:
It is never too late to learn to swim! Adult classes are on-going and have up to three levels of advancement.

“Safe for Summer”
This program is designed to teach kids the value of safe swimming. This program is taught by an American red cross instructor in local schools during the spring months.

Pool Rental:
Come celebrate with us!! The pool is available for rent on Saturday and Sunday’s from 2pm until 5pm. Celebrate your child’s next birthday or successful sports season with us in the pool. Contact the aquatics office for more information.
