The certified Personal Trainers at MedWest Health & Fitness Center have academic training, numerous years of experience and a passion for helping you achieve your health and fitness goals! Personal training is available for members and non-members.
Our personal trainers help you to become your own personal trainer and develop specialized programs to meet your individual needs. We offer sessions in 30, 45, and 60 minutes packages. We specialize in weight loss, sport-specific training, balance and core training, individual Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi, post-rehab training, functional training, and many more.
