If your motivation comes from having others around then our group fitness classes are for you! At MedWest Health & Fitness Center we offer more than 70 group fitness classes per week. We have a large variety of classes to meet your every need from beginner classes to the more advanced, Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, and classes for special populations. Our certified instructors are energetic and passionate to help you reach your full potential. All classes listed on the group fitness schedule are free to members. Classes marked with an asterisk are offered to the public for a fee.
