Series of grief processing support groups offered by MedWest-Haywood Hospice and Palliative Care

Waynesville, N.C. – MedWest-Haywood Hospice and Palliative Care is offering a series of three 8-week support groups to provide bereavement education and support for any adult who is experiencing life after the death of a loved one, even if they may have some hesitant feelings about participating in a group. With good support, feeling better is a natural outcome. 

The first group will be held on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to noon from February 14th through April 4th at Lake Junaluska First Baptist Church in Clyde.   

The second group will be held on Thursdays from 10:30 to noon from May 2nd through June 20th, also at Lake Junaluska First Baptist Church. 

The third group will be held on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8 p.m. beginning August 29th and running through October 17th at The Homestead.
