HRMC offers water aerobic instructor certification

The American Aerobics Association International/International Sports Medicine Association will offer an Aqua Instructor Certification at Haywood Regional Health and Fitness Center.

The certification will teach the fundamentals of water exercise, class design and safety, and is appropriate for anyone wanting to teach water exercise.

The cost for the the class, which will be held on Sunday, Sept.7, is $100 if registered by Aug. 22. Class time will be from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
