HRMC Information Update

HRMC continues to be prepared for inspection.  All areas are monitored on a 24/7 basis for sustained compliance. Contact with CMS today at 12 noon today indicated they are still reviewing the action plan. Mr. Byers emphasized that the surveyors may arrive at any time.

HRMC Employee meetings with the CEO are being organized to talk directly with employees (no managers or supervisors) about ways to improve patient care and the work place environment.  These will involve a series of weekly meetings with a mixture of ten employees from various departments throughout HRMC.  The first meeting will be Wednesday, April 9th.

The Future Directions Committee will meet this evening at 5:00 p.m.
