CEO SEARCH PROCESS
HRMC’s Hospital Authority Board of Commissioners’ search for a new CEO is underway. The Board has received two presentations from executive search firms; McCauley & Associates, and Anderson & Associates, both Charlotte-based companies. Vice President Eileen Lipham gave an update to the Hospital Board on the preparation efforts for a return visit from CMS. “We’ve been ready since Monday; I feel really positive about our readiness.”
Hospital officials will present an update to county commissioners at their regular board meeting Monday morning, unless CMS surveyors arrive, Interim CEO Al Byers said.
Mr. Byers stated that a public statement of the survey results will be provided at the earliest possible time after the survey is complete.
