CMS Survey Update

“The action plan has been completed.  We expect the document to be received tomorrow morning by CMS. They will review and notify us if it is accepted.  An onsite survey will then be scheduled by the State Agency. This survey will be unannounced.”  Alton Byers, HRMC Interim CEO
