Kevin Ensley Named Fitness Coordinator

Kevin Ensley has been named Fitness Coordinator of Haywood Regional Health and Fitness Center. Kevin comes to HRMC from Mission Hospital where he served as Exercise Specialist for Mission's cardiac patients after they had been discharged from the hospital.

Kevin is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Health Education and Nutrition. He also has served as Wellness Counselor for Reuter's YMCA in Asheville and at the Acceleration Sports Institute as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

“I am very pleased to have Kevin as a part of our team at the fitness center,” said Scotty Setser, Director. “Kevin's knowledge and passion for overall health and wellness will fit in well with our membership.”
