MedWest grief support series begins this week

CLYDE, N.C. – Palliative Care & Hospice Services of MedWest Health System is offering weekly grief support group meetings in Canton and Cullowhee. 

Meetings in Canton are held 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays, Jan. 12-Feb. 16, at West Canton Baptist Church, 75 Lowe St. 

Meetings in Cullowhee are held 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays, Jan. 11-Feb. 15, at Cullowhee Baptist Church, 148 Central Dr., on the Western Carolina University campus.

Palliative Care & Hospice Services of MedWest Health System offers compassionate care for people who are terminally ill, their families and their caregivers. Based on a family’s request, support may be provided emotionally, intellectually, spiritually and physically.
